Every first workout is free!

Rules at 224pilatesreformer:

1. Enrolment and Cancellation
Please sign up for a training session at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your place. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 12 hours prior to the class. Failure to do so will result in a missed workout fee.
In case of illness or urgent circumstances, please contact us for individual arrangements.

2. Punctuality
Please be on site at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to prepare and start on time. Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in cancellation of the training session in order not to disturb the peace of other clients.

3. Clothing and Footwear
We recommend comfortable sports clothing that does not restrict movement. Only socks ( non-slip) are to be worn in the studio to ensure safety and comfort during training.

4. Hygiene and Safety
Clients are responsible for disinfecting the equipment after each workout with the disinfectants provided. This is important for keeping everyone clean and safe.

5. Health Problems
If you have medical problems or health restrictions, please inform us in advance. We will work with you to tailor the workout to your needs, but it is important that you share any information that could affect safety during the workout.

6. Conduct in the Studio
Please be respectful of other clients and instructors. The studio is a place for calm and concentration, so we do not allow the use of mobile phones during training.

7. Schedule Changes
If necessary, some times may be changed or cancelled. You will be informed in time via our online system or a phone call.
